Crown Maple Syrup
Crown Maple is quite possibly the purest maple syrup on Earth. Using reverse osmosis, Crown produces syrup with minimal exposure to the harsh heat of an evaporator. This allows more of the delicate natural flavors of the maple to express itself through the syrup. Established in 2010, Crown Maple quickly became the largest producer of pure maple syrup in the state of New York.
Interested in an additional revenue stream, Crown Maple and Madava Farms (the home base of Crown Maple) turned to Hog and Rooster Hospitality for a full operations assessment. Which led to menu development, training material fabrication, and some branding assistance.
